Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible using trusted UK delivery partners.

Parcel Deliveries

Parcel orders are shipped via DHL and are typically delivered within 1–5 working days.

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet orders are shipped via DBL (Pallex) and are typically delivered within 2–5 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s service.

Delivery Terms

Accepting Your Delivery

Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the goods.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, or if the delivery is refused, the order may be returned to us. In these circumstances:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee where applicable.
  • If the delivery is refused, the goods may be treated as forfeited and no refund will be available.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, we cannot accept liability for delays once the goods have been dispatched by the courier. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • The Channel Islands
  • The Isle of Man
  • Any location outside the United Kingdom

Some remote or extreme postcode areas may incur additional delivery charges. If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, we reserve the right to:

  • request an additional delivery payment before dispatch; or
  • cancel the order if a suitable delivery service cannot be arranged.

If you are unsure whether your postcode is classed as a remote or extreme location, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to confirm any applicable delivery charges.
